What Does the following Ultrasound Report Indicate? 

dear mam yesterday i went for ultrasound . report of ultrasound is following. number-single,lie-longitudinal,presentation-cephalic,liquor- adequate(afi-9.8), plecenta-fundo-anterior,gr.1 matutrity,not low laying.fhr-151/min.

foetal biometry

bpd-8.90 cm, 36 wod, hc-34.5cm-39 wid.ac-32.41cm-36 w2d.

fl-7.27cm-37 w2d.

average GA 37weeks 1day.

EDD 28/2/14

Foetal wt.-3040+- 455gm.

impression- single live interauterine foetusof about 37 weeks 1 day in lonitudinal lie & cephalic presentation seen

No foetal distress seen.

My question is 1 how much chance of nprmal delivery,2 how much i can wait for normal dilivery .3 when i sholud go for sizerian.?

hi, dr. boskey gandhi is here, your sonography report is absolutely normal, & it mentioned 37weeks, 1day, u have completed with pregnancy. so now u r going to over dated. your baby wt is almost 3kg, but still u can wait for 3-4days for Labour pain, & if it's not arise by natural, go for induction of Labour, if everything is normal. in your case, cessarian section is last option,if no problem arise in between, so be active for your normal vaginal delivery. all the best & congratulations for going to become a mother.
